Ryan L. Ventura, the broker/owner of R.L. Ventura & Associates, is a lifelong resident of Racine, WI. He is a second-generation carpenter with a strong background in residential construction having built, remodeled, and rehabbed countless homes. His prior work history includes working in the Ventura family general contracting business as project manager/lead carpenter and being a self-employed contractor. He graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology with a degree in Building Construction Technology & Management with Highest Honors. He is committed to utilizing his construction knowledge to help buyers make informed decisions on their home purchases and helping sellers make improvements to their homes to obtain the highest possible purchase price. Ryan is also very well versed in investment properties, managing several of his own rental properties and for a variety of other real estate investors with the goal of obtaining the highest possible returns on their investment. He actively participates in different trade & real estate associations including the National Association of Residential Property Managers and the Southeast Wisconsin Apartment Association. Ryan has also been involved in the Americorps program building homes in Illinois for Habitat for Humanity. In his free time, Ryan enjoys dining out at different restaurants, reading, biking, traveling to new places, personal finance, going to concerts and listening to music.
